What Is a Round Robin Bet?
A round robin automatically generates every possible parlay combination from a set of selections. Instead of betting one big parlay that requires every leg to win, a round robin spreads your action across many smaller parlays — so you still profit even if one or two teams lose.
Example — 3 Teams, 2-Team Parlays
Teams A, B, C with $10 per parlay stake ($30 total)
3 parlays: A+B, A+C, B+C
If all 3 win: all 3 parlays cash → max payout
If 2 win (say A+B): only the A+B parlay wins → may recoup stake
If 1 wins: 0 parlays hit → full loss of $30
If 0 win: full loss of $30
Round Robin vs Parlay vs Single Bets
A round robin is a middle ground between a single straight bet and an all-or-nothing parlay. It gives you parlay-size upside if all legs hit, while partial wins on 2-of-3 or 3-of-4 legs can still return profit or reduce the loss.
The tradeoff: you wager more total money than a single parlay. A 4-team round robin in 2-team parlays requires 6 × your stake in total action. The additional exposure is the price of the insurance against any single leg losing.
