1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Sibyls Edge website, application, or any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using the Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Sibyls Edge ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). Your continued use of the Service following any modifications to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those modifications.

2. Description of Service

Sibyls Edge provides AI-generated sports analytics, statistical analysis, game predictions, and picks across various professional sports leagues. Our machine learning models process historical game data, team statistics, player performance metrics, and real-time odds information to generate probability estimates and recommendations.

The Service is strictly an information and entertainment platform. Specifically:

• We do not operate as a sportsbook, bookmaker, or betting exchange.
• We do not accept, place, or process wagers on your behalf.
• We do not hold gambling licenses in any jurisdiction.
• We do not guarantee profits, returns, or successful outcomes from using our predictions.
• Our predictions represent statistical probabilities only and should not be construed as financial or gambling advice.

Any decision to place a wager based on our information is entirely your own, made at your own risk, and subject to the laws and regulations of your jurisdiction.

3. User Eligibility

To use the Service, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable law.
• Jurisdiction: Access to sports prediction content may be restricted or prohibited in certain jurisdictions. You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing the Service is lawful in your location. We make no representation that the Service is appropriate or available for use in all jurisdictions.
• Not Previously Banned: You must not have been previously suspended or removed from the Service by us.

We reserve the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to terminate access if we determine you do not meet these requirements. By accessing the Service, you represent that you meet all eligibility criteria.

4. Account Registration and Security

Certain features of the Service require you to create an account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your password and account credentials.
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
• Notify us immediately at support@betonsiby.com of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.

You may not share your account credentials with any third party. Each account is for a single individual user only. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account.

We reserve the right to refuse registration, cancel accounts, or remove content at our sole discretion.

5. Subscription and Payment Terms

Sibyls Edge may offer free and paid subscription tiers. By subscribing to a paid tier, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees at the rates in effect at the time of your subscription.
• Authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge your designated payment method on a recurring basis.
• Provide valid and current payment information.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to modify pricing with at least 30 days' written notice. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or as expressly stated in our refund policy.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service for any of the following prohibited purposes:

• Reselling, redistributing, or commercially exploiting our predictions or content without express written permission.
• Scraping, crawling, or using automated tools to extract data from the Service.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our algorithms, models, or proprietary systems.
• Impersonating any person or entity, or falsely representing your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Uploading or transmitting viruses, malware, or any other malicious code.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems.
• Using the Service in any manner that violates applicable federal, state, local, or international laws.
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening other users or our staff.
• Using our content to operate or promote a competing service without written authorization.
• Posting or sharing our premium picks publicly or distributing them to non-subscribers.
• Using the Service if you are under 18 years of age.
• Using the Service in jurisdictions where accessing sports prediction content is prohibited.

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination and, where appropriate, legal action.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of the Service - including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, algorithms, models, and the compilation thereof - are the exclusive property of Sibyls Edge or its content licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

The "Sibyls Edge" name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of the Company. You may not use our trademarks without prior written consent.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use only. This license does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Service.
• Create derivative works based on the Service content.
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose or for any public display.
• Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from our content.

8. Disclaimers and No Guarantee of Results

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Model Performance Transparency: In the interest of full disclosure, the following table presents the independently validated performance metrics for our current prediction models. These figures are derived from walk-forward cross-validation — a rigorous method that tests each model exclusively on future games it has never seen during training, preventing any data leakage. AUC-ROC (Area Under the Receiver Operating Characteristic Curve) measures a model's ability to correctly rank outcomes: 0.50 equals random chance; 1.00 equals perfect prediction.

No Guarantee of Prediction Accuracy: Sports outcomes are inherently uncertain. Our AI models analyze historical data and current information to generate probabilistic estimates, but no prediction system can guarantee future results. The performance metrics above reflect historical validation only and do not guarantee future results. You acknowledge that you may lose money acting on our predictions.

Not Financial or Gambling Advice: Nothing on the Service constitutes financial advice, investment advice, gambling advice, or a recommendation to place any specific wager. Our predictions are statistical analyses provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. Always make independent decisions about whether and how to bet.

Not a Licensed Service: We are not licensed as a gambling operator, financial advisor, or any regulated entity in any jurisdiction. We make no representations about the legality of sports betting in your jurisdiction.

Third-Party Data: Our Service may rely on third-party data sources, including odds providers and statistical databases. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of such data.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SIBYLS EDGE, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, LICENSORS, OR SERVICE PROVIDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
• Gambling losses or financial losses incurred from acting on our predictions.
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to or alteration of your data.
• Any other damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

IN JURISDICTIONS WHERE SUCH LIMITATIONS ARE NOT PERMITTED, OUR LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW. IN ALL CASES, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00 USD).

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sibyls Edge and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your use of the Service, including any data or content you submit.
• Your violation of any third party's rights, including intellectual property rights.
• Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Any gambling losses or related claims arising from your use of our predictions.

11. Third-Party Links and Services

The Service may contain links to third-party websites, sportsbooks, or services that are not owned or controlled by Sibyls Edge. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services. We do not endorse, warrant, or guarantee any products or services offered by third parties.

You acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with your use of or reliance on any such third-party content, goods, or services.

12. Privacy Policy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy. Please review it carefully.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, including but not limited to situations where:

• You breach any provision of these Terms.
• We are required to do so by law or regulatory authority.
• We discontinue or materially alter the Service.
• Extended periods of account inactivity (greater than 24 months).

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@betonsiby.com. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

14. Modifications to the Service and Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any portion of it) at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting the updated Terms on the Service. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were last revised. Your continued use of the Service after the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

16. Ambassador Program

Sibyls Edge operates a voluntary Ambassador Program through which registered users may share referral links and invite others to the Service. Participation is subject to these Terms of Service and the following additional provisions.

16.1 Independent User Status. Ambassadors are independent users of the Service — not employees, agents, partners, franchisees, joint venturers, or representatives of Sibyls Edge in any capacity. Ambassadors have no authority to make representations, warranties, or commitments on behalf of Sibyls Edge. You must not represent yourself as affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of Sibyls Edge beyond your role as a user of the Service.

16.2 No Monetary Compensation. Ambassador rewards consist exclusively of free subscription trial days credited to your account. These rewards have no cash value, are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for money, credit, or any other form of compensation. Sibyls Edge pays no monetary commissions, revenue shares, or financial compensation to Ambassadors. Rewards are subject to your account remaining in good standing and may be forfeited if your account is terminated for any reason.

16.3 Prohibited Ambassador Conduct. As an Ambassador, you must not:

• Make profit guarantees, success claims, or predictions of financial returns when promoting the Service.
• Represent Sibyls Edge as a licensed investment advisor, financial advisor, or guaranteed profit system.
• Use paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, sponsored posts, etc.) to promote your referral link without prior written permission from Sibyls Edge.
• Spam, mass-email, or engage in unsolicited outreach to promote your referral link.
• Self-refer or create multiple accounts to fraudulently claim referral rewards.
• Make false or misleading statements about the Service, its capabilities, or its historical or future results.
• Promote your referral link in any manner that violates applicable law, including laws governing advertising, consumer protection, or gambling.

16.4 Program Modification and Termination. Sibyls Edge reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Ambassador Program at any time, with or without notice, including changes to reward structures, tier definitions, eligibility requirements, or program terms. We may revoke Ambassador status and forfeit any pending rewards if we determine, in our sole discretion, that an Ambassador has violated these Terms or engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or misleading behavior.

16.5 Ambassador Indemnification. In addition to the general indemnification obligations in Section 10, Ambassadors specifically agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sibyls Edge from any claims, losses, or damages arising from: (a) representations made to prospective users beyond what is stated on the official Sibyls Edge Ambassador page; (b) promotional activity that violates applicable law; or (c) any misrepresentation of the Ambassador's relationship with or authority to speak on behalf of Sibyls Edge.

16.6 Sports Betting Risk Disclosure for Ambassadors. When sharing referral links or discussing the Service, Ambassadors must not omit or minimize the inherent financial risks of sports betting. The Service provides AI-generated statistical analysis for informational and entertainment purposes only. Past model performance does not guarantee future results. All users, including those referred by Ambassadors, may lose money if they choose to wager based on our predictions.

17. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Informal Resolution: Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to first contact us at legal@betonsiby.com and provide a written description of the dispute. We will attempt to resolve the issue within 30 days.

Binding Arbitration: If informal resolution fails, any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in Delaware, USA.

Class Action Waiver: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits against us.

Exceptions: Either party may seek emergency injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending arbitration.

18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any disputes arising hereunder shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles. To the extent that arbitration does not apply, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Delaware, USA.

If you access the Service from outside the United States, you are responsible for compliance with local laws. The Service is not intended for use in jurisdictions where sports prediction content or sports betting is prohibited.

19. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible, without affecting the remaining provisions.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published on the Service, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sibyls Edge with respect to your use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements, communications, and proposals.

20. Waiver

No waiver by Sibyls Edge of any term or condition set out in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
